  • Object to the processing of personal data where appropriate, in which case the data will no longer be processed unless there are legitimate reasons to continue with such processing.

ORIGIN OF THE DATA

Personal data will be provided by the person in question on an entirely voluntary basis. Failure to provide data or to respond to questions that are asked in the registration process or in the various electronic forms the user has to complete, may result in the user not being able to access certain services that require personal data. In this case the Data Controller will inform the user that it is mandatory and/or necessary to provide personal data for the operation of the service.

The Data Controller guarantees the confidentiality and security of the user’s personal data, adopting all necessary measures to prevent its unauthorized alteration, loss, processing, or access.

In accordance with the regulations in force regarding personal data protection, the Data Controller is fully compliant with all the provisions of the RGPD and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data under its responsibility. Said data are processed in a lawful, fair, and transparent manner in relation to the data subject and in a way that is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.

The Data Controller guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies and measures to apply the security measures established by the RGPD and LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of users and has given users the appropriate information.

SECURITY BREACHES

The Data Controller will report any security breaches affecting the database used by this website, or affecting any of its third-party services, to each and every person whose data may have been affected, as well as to the competent authorities, within 72 hours of detection of the breach.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JUSRISDICTION

The Data Controller reserves the right to enter into any civil or criminal action it deems necessary for improper use of the website and its content.

The relationship between the user and the Data Controller will be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in Spanish territory.
